Hi.  I’m Des!  I’m new here.

Since 1986 I’ve been the owner of a 1906 Henry Distin 3 valve euphonium.   For two years it was my everyday horn.

I still own it and have all the accessories as well.

Also own a 1952 B&H trombone and a 1988 Besson Sovereign 967 (this is my main squeeze)

Looking forward to seeing all the history here.

Welcome.  I'm curious as to what the accessories include.

It came with the case, horn, mouthpiece, lyre and some curly thing which goes into the mouthpiece receiver which lengthens and more than likely allows it to be played from HP to LP.

The mouthpiece is still the best euphonium mouthpiece I have ever used.

All in excellent condition. How do you post pictures here?

I am also fond of all things Distin, and have a number of his products, but only one came with a case (an altohorn), and I've also collected a couple of the mouthpieces; but generally most of those accessories are lost to history.

You can send images to Kenton@Horn-u-copia.net, and I'll make a composite and post them.

It came with a case but it’s the only thing I no longer have.
