Anonymous trumpet help

I recently picked up an anonymous older horn and am wondering if anyone might be able to point me in the direction of a manufacturer, or at least to some resources beyond the catalog here...
There is no engraving on the bell, the first valve says "Made in France" at the bottom, the valves are numbered 40, 41, 42, and there is a serial number on the 3rd valve below something that looks like a bee or a fly with a serial number of 3755.

I've looked through the catalog here and the closest visible match that I can see is a Jaubert, although the 3rd valve slide bracket on that horn is horizontal, while this one is vertical.  There was also a Gautrot Brevete by Couesnon that was similar, but not the same...

For the price I paid, I have no designs on this being a great horn, but I'd like to see if I can learn more of its story.  It may well be a stencil, or best used as a display piece, but I like the challenge of trying to figure it out.

Thanks in advance!

The closest thing that I can think of that looks similar and is "Made In France" is this model Couesnon:
