I'm looking for more information about a Baritone

My brother and I recently obtained a Cavalier Baritone that I believe to be around 25-30 years old. It is rather unclean, and I haven't been able to find any information about what it's made of or the company that manufactured it. Mainly, I just want to know more about it.

I believe that it is a bit older than you think.

I THINK it is a model 96I made between 1936 and 1942.

The Cavalier line was made for the student market.  It was a subset from the Pan American company, which was a student instrument company for the Conn Company.

They were good quality instruments that were just fundamental instruments without the fancy features of the professional Conn line.
