Found these scans, and while it unfortunately may not be complete, it lines up with the late 1990s and early 2000s models, definitely prior to the 2008 Elkhorn factory closure

Forgot to mention it includes both the rare C150 pocket cornet and the more ordinary T650 pocket trumpet - while the T650 is a KHS-Jupiter stencil from Taiwan, it has a 3rd slide stop as a neat addition
