I need help identifying this Besson

I bought this Besson at an estate sale and would like some help identifying.  I doesn't have a serial number on it, but the engraving on the bell says:

FABRICATION Z KANSTUL
PERFECTIONNEE
DEPOSE
☆

I have a photo but don't  know how to attach.
