	Could anyone please assist me with this old trumpet? I need to know what the age and what the estimated value could be? Its an Oxford trumpet Made in England by Boosey & Hawkes Ltd Serial number 19777 Much appreciated Marco

	Doesn't appear to be the Boosey and Hawkes sequence. I suppose that means that Oxford had its own sequence.

	I bought an older Oxford for less than $20. Pulled a dent in the bell and sold to a beginning trumpet student for $80. It's a lot better than the Chinese $100 trumpets, but not worth much other than as a student instrument.
