Horn-u-Copia's Display of Makers

Josef Pfeiffer started his brass instrument repair workshop. He was taken over by his son Ruud who worked for 53 years till 1999. Ruud not only repaired instruments but he also started making instruments and the family had a well known musical Instrument shop in Rijswijk. The shop still exists but was for a while owned by Music All In who also owns Hakkert Rotterdam. They owned the former Schenkelaars factory but they have stopped production and sold the Schenkelaars tools to Adams Music in Thorn.

As of 2017, it is an independent shop again, run by Marcel Schot and Heiko Ebner.
