Horn-u-Copia's Display of Makers

Langwill lists two Michls Johann & Sohn and Franz, but makes no connection between them.

Franz was in Graslitz 1881-1937 and was succeeded at his death in 1935 by sons Franz, Rudolf, and Adolf.
Johann was in Graslitz 1870-1937.
