Horn-u-Copia's Display of Makers

The Labbaye family, composed of Jacques Charles, Jacques Christophe, and Jacques Michel were makers in Paris (Jacques Charles: 1815-1848 and Jacques Christophe:1841-1878). Labbaye purchased Maison Raoux which was founded in Paris and produced from 1685 In 1857, J.C.Labbaye bought the name and production rights. In 1878, Labbaye was bought by Millereau.
