Yorkie: Bore is c. 0.459, bell diameter 4 5/8. Raw brass (there wasn’t much laquer left).
I got into a long debate a while back on Trumpet Herald on post-war French Bessons, particularly whether they were made in France or England, but it was inconclusive. The valves are very similar to my International (see my post in English Bessons), but not interchangeable. You can see from the bell inscription that it says ’Made in France’, so I tend to believe it was.
