I am trying to find out any information regarding these matching bugles I found recently.

They are marked AISNE 1914-1918 W^D

Attaching link to photos.  Are they bugles? trumpets?  French horns???

Any information you can provide is GREATLY appreciated!

They will probably sound like stadium horns, no idea on the writing.

Aisne is a district in Northern France.  The dates on the bell are suspect.  What you have looks like, to me, as some decorative horns made in India.  From the looks of that mouthpiece end I don't think they were made for playing at all.
