Bers bugle

I might go for buying this bers(agliere) bugle made by Pelitti, model 1884. I was curious about the shape of the bell so I did a little search.
Now, what I got is that a very similar bugle was built by Orsi, not Pelitti as far as I can understand. But, obviously, the mark on the bell of the one I'd like to buy says G. Pelitti-Milano. I saw some pelitti bugles, too, but the bell is normal, not conical.
So at first I thought that, maybe, this bugle was manifactured by Orsi and marked by Pelitti (even if Orsi got into business in 1880 so does not make this idea very conceivable). The other thought is the kind of mark on the bell. There is no "seal" on the bell like in other pelitti's instruments. Any ideas?
This is the one I'd like to buy

This is the Orsi one.
