Identification of trumpet

I have a trumpet in poor shape - but it does have beautiful mother-of-peal inlaid rotary keys. It has the words "Prem Ditta" above "Gastone Bini" above "Pisa". It belonged to my wife's grandfather who brought it from Italy. I found the Gastone Bini music store in Pisa but I didn't get an answer to my email. They may not speak English, I don't know. It looks just like this picture (it is being worked on right now so I can't get a picture) except the writing are different on mine. Any help would be appreciated.
